“The Good News of Christmas” – December 17th, 2024
Dear Church Family,
We all love good news. Everyone loves a raise, a good report from our doctor, an answer to prayer, and the healthy arrival of a baby. We generally associate good news with the gospel of Jesus Christ, but His birth was good news as well. On Sunday morning we will look at Isaiah 8:21-9:4. The title of this unique Christmas message is “The Good News of Christmas.: Other verses that will prepare you for our time in God’s Word are Judges 6:1-6, Isaiah 9:6, and John 1:4. Let us celebrate the birth of His Son on Sunday morning.
May the Lord grant you some good news this week as we anticipate rejoicing over the good news of the birth of God’s Son. Have a joyful, Christ-filled day!
