Dear Church Family, Somethings just come naturally to all of us. Enjoying some time off, delighting in a delicious meal, and loving those who love us are some positive things that we don’t have to work on. They just come naturally. Unfortunately, some negative things come pretty naturally too. At the top of many peoples’ list is worry. On Sunday morning we will be looking at Philippians 4:6-7. The message title is” Prayer and the Peace of God.” God’s peace is the great conqueror of worry. Dear Church Family, Sometimes what we need in life is a fresh perspective. For instance, at times we need to look at our job from a different angle. It provides for my family. My immediate supervisor is a great person. The commute is not bad.  I get off all major holidays. A fresh perspective can help us have a renewed enthusiasm for our vocation, which can make all the difference in the world. The same can be said about celebrating Christmas. On Sunday morning we will be looking at Luke 2:36-38. The title of the message is “How to Enjoy Christmas.” Other verses that will prepare you for our time in God’s Word are Psalm 105:4, Daniel 9:3, and Acts 8:4-8.
