“Secrets to Successful Christian Service: Part II” – November 1st, 2018

Dear Church Family, My father in law uses to say that when it comes to fixing or putting something together, “there is a secret to everything.” Just figure what that secret is and you will be successful in your project. The same is true in relationships and in serving others. On Sunday we will be examining 2 Corinthians 6:9-10. The message title is “ Secrets to Successful Christian Service: Part II.” Other verses that will prepare you for our time in God’s Word are I Corinthians 4:9, Isaiah 49:15-16, and James 2:5. The paradoxes of the Christian life are essential if we are to understand the secret of Christian living. May the Lord allow you to see the divine perspective as you serve others and honor Him. God bless you and have a wonderful day! In His Matchless Grace, Pastor...

“Ambassadors for Christ” – October 13th, 2018

“Ambassadors for Christ” – October 13th, 2018

Dear Church Family, Speaking in behalf of someone else is an important role. As a pastor my task each time I preach or teach is to be God’s mouthpiece. My goal is to say what He would say if He was in Person speaking. An ambassador to a foreign country has the same job. He is to accurately represent the viewpoint of the one who is over him. The same is true for any follower of Jesus. We are to accurately represent Him as we talk to those who don’t follow Him. Tomorrow morning we will be looking at 2 Corinthians 5:20-6:2. The title of the message is “Ambassadors for Christ.” Other verses that will prepare your heart for our time in God’s Word are John 8:46, I Corinthians 1:30, and Galatians 5:1-2. I am excited to see what God does in our time of worship together. May you have a blessed day as you represent the King of Kings and the Lord of Lords. Have a wonderful Saturday! In His Matchless Grace, Pastor...

“New Life In Christ” – September 26th, 2018

“New Life In Christ” – September 26th, 2018

Dear Church Family, There are many people in our church family whose lives make no sense. Given our backgrounds we should not have married as well as we did, we should not have the wonderful jobs that we have, but most important we should not be as gentle, wise, and loving as we are. The only way to explain our lives is that Jesus came into our lives and has been changing us to make us who He wants us to be. On Sunday we will be looking at 2 Corinthians 5:16-19. The message title is “ New Life In Christ.” Other verses that will prepare you for our uplifting time in God’s Word are Galatians 1:21-24, I Corinthians 6:9-11, and Colossians 1:21-22. “Where would I be without the Lord Jesus” is a fair question for any follower of the Lord to ask. On Saturday evening at 6:00 we will enjoy a kickball game, other outdoor activities, and a cookout. Everyone is welcome to this wonderful gathering. Until then, God bless you and have a great day! In His Matchless Grace, Pastor...

Dear Church Family, Motivation is crucial. Motivation makes things happen. People accomplish wonderful things for the Lord when they have the proper motivation.
