“Two Sides of the Same Coin” – May 15th, 2024

“Two Sides of the Same Coin” – May 15th, 2024

Dear Church Family, Some of the greatest theological questions revolve around the same theme. Is God responsible or is man responsible? Almost always the answer is the same, “Yes.” God works and even controls people and events and yet man is responsible for his choices. The dynamic is very real,  definitively fair, and thoroughly impossible to figure out. On Sunday morning will be looking at Matthew 26:1-5. The title of the message is “Two Sides of the Same Coin.” Other verses that will prepare your heart for this fascinating text are Genesis 24:27, Psalm 115:3, and Philippians 2:12-13. I am looking forward to being together and sharing truths from God’s precious Word. May the Lord guide you as you choose wisely to follow His ways. God bless you and have a wonderful day! “Judgment as His Second Coming” – May 1st, 2024

“Judgment as His Second Coming” – May 1st, 2024

Dear Church Family, Evidence is an important matter to help us determine what is true in any number of situations. We look for evidence in the court of law, when discerning which of our kids is telling the truth, and if a position on a given issue makes sense. Although important, none of these cries out for the need for evidence more than the evidence that a person is truly saved from their sins by saving faith in Jesus. On Sunday morning we will be looking at Matthew 24:31-46. The title of the message is “Judgment as His Second Coming.” Other verses that will prepare you for our time in God’s Word are Isaiah 58:6-9, Matthew 10:42, and James 2:14-16. May the Lord bless our time in His precious Word. May you give ample evidence that you belong to Him. God bless you and stay close to Jesus! In His Matchless Grace, Pastor...

“Be Ready for His Coming: Part II” – April 17th, 2024

Dear Church Family, Being ready is something that we experience both positively and negatively in life. How many times have you had someone share an unexpected zinger and you were left open-mouthed and speechless? On the other hand, how many times have you known what someone was going to say before they said it and you had your well thought out, bulls eye reply ready? There is quite a difference between being ready and being caught flat footed. On Sunday morning we will be looking at Matthew 25:1-13. The title of the message is “Be Ready For His Coming : Part II.” Other verses that will prepare you for our time in God’s Word are Proverbs 4:18-19, Luke 13:24-25, and Revelation 1:7. May the Lord bless His Word to your heart on Sunday morning. Have a blessed day. May the Lord help you to be ready for whatever comes your way! In His Matchless Grace, Pastor...

“The ABC’s of Christ’s Coming” – April 3rd, 2024

Dear Church Family, Where would a person be without knowing their ABCs? The wonderful world of reading would be lost and they would be severely restricted in what they can learn and from whom they can glean insights and wisdom. Many misconceptions are fostered in a multitude of areas because people don’t have the ABCs correct in a given area of life. ABCs are fundamental to learning and understanding. On Sunday we will be looking at Matthew 24:32-36. The title of the message is “The ABC’s of Christ’s Coming.” Other verses that will prepare you for our time in God’s Word are Zechariah 14:3-4, Mark 13:32, and John 17:17. I pray that our time in God’s Word will give you greater insight and conviction about the Lord and His coming. May your life rest upon the rock of His Word and character. God bless you and stay close to Jesus. IN His Matchless Grace, Pastor...
